Does UM offer health insurance for students?
The University Health Center only participates with the
MAMSI Student Health Insurance Plan. Information on enrolling

to students on campus?
The
University Health Center is a full-service ambulatory care facility
operating on campus. A complete listing of services, programs,

Is childcare available for students?
UM
does not operate a childcare center on campus. Numerous childcare
centers and in-home facilities are in the area. Information can

Will I need to update my immunization information?
Immunizations
are available at the University Health Center. A completed Immunization
Record is required to attend UM. Also, the Meningitis
vaccine is required for all students residing in UM owned housing.

The
availability of housing on-campus for transfer students varies
by semester. Usually, very little, if any, on-campus housing is
